Dr. David Bradberry
R. David Bradberry, D.M.D.
Since 1988, Dr. Bradberry has been providing children and adolescents with exceptional comprehensive pediatric dentistry. Highly educated, he first obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and then received his Doctorate of Medicinal Dentistry degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Bradberry then completed a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he served as Chief Resident.
Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Bradberry feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of Pediatric Dentistry. Thus, he maintains memberships in many prestigious profession organizations to keep up to date on the latest techniques and technology. Often, Dr Bradberry is called upon by colleagues and groups to answer current questions in the field. Dr. Bradberry is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Academy of Dentistry for Children, American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, the AAP section on Oral Health, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology where he is a Fellow in the College of Conscious Sedation and just completed his term as President of the Northwestern District of the Georgia Dental Association.
Dr. Bradberry has been the editor for the Georgia Dental Association's ACTION for the past five years. He is currently serving as the Vice President of the Georgia Dental Association and will serve as President of the GDA in 2018. Dr. Bradberry is very active legislatively and continually seeks to lobby for improved healthcare for all children.
Volunteering is just second nature to Dr. Bradberry. He gives his time at the Good Samaritan of Cobb Dental Clinic, Christina's Smile, the Cobb County Dental Assistance Program in the states. Overseas, Dr Bradberry volunteers and supports the work done by Extreme Response where he provides needed dental care to children in Ecuador. He enjoys and looks forward to mission trips, working together with family and friends. Dr. Bradberry spends Fridays teaching in the Pediatric Dental Clinic at the Medical College of Georgia when he isn't scheduling Hospital Cases, seeing emergencies or volunteering.
Dr. Bradberry has been happily married for 32 years to his wife, Janet, who is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Their son, Jonathan graduated from the University of Georgia and is in his fourth year of study at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Bradberry loves Hunting Quail, Fly Fishing and doing almost anything outdoors.
