Our Mission

All of our hygienists are trained in the care of all ages and types of children. We strive to provide care in a warm, caring and friendly environment.

Appointment Schedule

Since we only care for children, it is not possible to give everyone appointments in the afternoon. We like to reserve these times for some of the older children. Children under age 5 are in a better frame of mind and behave better in the morning. The best time for appointments is not after school when your child is tired of sitting and needs to be active physically. Younger children need rest at this time of the day.

We prefer to see children requiring long appointment procedures in the morning. In this way, we can be fair to our many patients who require shorter procedures by offering them more available times in the afternoons when the school day is over.

Appointment time is reserved specifically for your child. It is greatly appreciated when you arrive for your child’s appointment on time so we can spend all the time with your child that he or she deserves. If you find you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule your child at a convenient time, and to enable us to fill this cancellation with another patient. As a courtesy to our patients, to aid in office time efficiency, we confirm all scheduled appointments the previous work day.

Appointments not cancelled by 24-hours beforehand will be considered as a broken appointment. This time was reserved specifically for your child. Continued or multiple broken appointments will result in a charge.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
